|Eggplant, Pumpkin, Red Capsicum, and crunchy bacon stack.|
|Grill slices of the vegetables on your sandwich press.|
|Until they look a bit like this.|
|As they are done place them in a container with some dressing.|
I've used Olive oil, Balsamic Vinegar, some herbs from the garden and Garlic.
|When you've done enough, arrange them in layers, with the Bacon broken up through it as well.|
Pour over any remaining dressing, and garnish with (you guessed it ).
