|Whisk up the eggs.|
|add the cream and milk.|
Cook in a hot pan with oil or butter...
when it settles a bit, sprinkle over the salmon and dill.
Move it all around carefully, until it kind of puffs up,
and looks like you want to eat it.
|This is piled onto olive sourdough toast...|
and it was just perfect with fresh coffee and a friend.
