Avocado on Sourdough and Blackened Corn.
|A couple of weeks ago a friend gave us some beautiful Figs.|
I cut almost to the base, through the middle(into quarters).
Then wrapped the base and sides with Prosciutto and stuffed the middle with soft Blue Cheese.
They were baked in a moderate oven for around 15-20 minutes ...
till the Prosciutto is crunchy.
Then we enjoyed them with a glass of Rose
