Back to making Wontons...




I used Spring Onions, 1 clove of Garlic, 1/2 cup fresh Corriander, 1 centimeter of fresh Ginger,
 1/4 cup fresh Basil, the grated rind of a Lemon, 2tsp of Corn Flour and 500g Minced Pork.
All put through a food processor untill they hold their shape.

Then I took wonton wrappers and wet the edges, placed a tsp of the mixture in the
 middle and then pinches the edges together.
They are resting on Baking Paper in the freezer ready to simmer in boiling water when
 I'm ready for a delicious treat.
