|Beef and vegetables.|
|Core the potatoes with an apple corer,|
and stuff with garlic fresh herbs preserved lemon and cheese.
Then I microwaved mine for 4 minutes.
|Small Girello Fillet, rubbed with Cayenne Pepper, and Paprika.|
Cooked in a pan and rested.
|The cooked Potatoes.|
|With Grilled Capsicum, Baby Peas and Grilled Pumpkin|
(grilled in the Sandwich Press).

|5 Beans with Mustard, Honey and Herbs,|
Olives, and Tomato Chutney.
|And Sweet Potato with Balsamic dressing.|
|Apple and Shiraz.|
|And various "health salts", and pepper.|
|A fabulous setting with gorgeous food and interesting conversation, |
all that you could ask for.

|Stuffed Sweet Potato with herb dip on Sourdough.|
|Sweet Potato.Onion, Parsley, Sage Thyme and Basil.|
Garlic and Preserved Lemon.
|Cook the Sweet Potato until its tender, Scoop out the centre.|
|Process the Parsley Onion Garlic and Herbs with a piece of Preserved Lemon.|
|Combine the herb mix with some Greek Yogurt and stuff the potato.|
Top that with a bit of blue cheese and re heat.
|Add the chopped Sweet Potato Centre with some Sumac ,|
and you have a delicious dip, to put on the bread.
it's surprisingly good the lemon has a bit of a salty taste,
and the sweetness of the potato and the cheese is a winning combination.
