Sunset Tonight...

Tonight as I drove up the hill, I saw such a beautiful Sunset
 that I raced home to get the camera and rushed back down
 to a vantage point around the corner
 to get some pix.

Looking out over the foothills and on to Melbourne.

Coffee Body Scrub...

Body Scrub made from 1cup of raw caster sugar,
 just under half a cup of Olive Oil, and the seeds of  2 Vanilla Beans,
 with 2 desert spoons of ground Coffee.

Just the thing for Valentines Day...
(Good thing you use it in the shower, because it looks a bit like mud wrestling),
but it smells great and leaves your skin really smooth.

Nicoise For Breakfast...

Last night I made a warm Nicoise salad with Salmon.
 So this morning I had leftovers on toast.

Sourdough with Blue Costello, Tomato, Green Beans, Olives, Rocket, Grilled Capsicum and Boiled Egg.

With a dressing made from Parsley, Garlic, Anchovy, Preserved Lemon, Oil and Vinegar.

Wontons For Dinner...

Shoulder Pork, Spring Onion, Coriander, Shiitake Mushroom,
Black Fungus and Wonton Wrappers.

Mince the Pork, and mince the other ingredients, then mix.
Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the centre of a Wonton wrapper,
(wet the edges)  bring up the sides and press to seal.
Steam for 20 minutes and serve with Soy Sauce.

Would be great with a bit of Chilli.
