Nicoise For Breakfast...

Last night I made a warm Nicoise salad with Salmon.
 So this morning I had leftovers on toast.

Sourdough with Blue Costello, Tomato, Green Beans, Olives, Rocket, Grilled Capsicum and Boiled Egg.

With a dressing made from Parsley, Garlic, Anchovy, Preserved Lemon, Oil and Vinegar.
