|Today I watched a cooking show made by Yotam Ottolenghi,|
all about cooking in Morocco, it gave me inspiration to try something diffefrent.
Couscous, with Shallot, Garlic, Coriander and Cumin, with Golden Sultanas and Dried Cranberries.
Fish Balls, made from Mackeral with Garlic, Preserved Lemon, Parsley, Tumeric, Chilli, Coriander and Cumin.
Simmered in a sauce made from fresh Tomato and Passata.
