Back to the Garden...

This afternoon on my way home from work I stopped in at the Church Garden and picked a bag of goodies.

And when I got them home they looked like this.

Sorted out ready to go...



So I made Stuffed Zucchini Rolls... 
Grilled Zucchini slices, wrapped around spinach and bacon filling, with a Tomato Pasata.

Dinner for one, again.
It was still delicious even by myself.

    What a brilliant idea. Never thought of that. My garden still has the last of this year's zucchini.
