|Start by frying off the onion and garlic.|
|Add diced beef, osso bucco, and rosemary.|
|Brown the meat a bit then add the carrots.|
|I like to add a bit of lemon.|
|And tomatoes, and small onions, and red wine if you've got it.|
And cook gently for ages. Adjust the seasonings as you go.
