| Start by frying off the onion and garlic. |

| Add diced beef, osso bucco, and rosemary. |

| Brown the meat a bit then add the carrots. |

| I like to add a bit of lemon. |

| And tomatoes, and small onions, and red wine if you've got it. And cook gently for ages. Adjust the seasonings as you go. |
