Pizzini Winery...

Earlier in the week we went on a short trip through the King Valley in the Northern Victorian wine region.
One of the beautiful wineries we visited was Pizzin.
The old sheds are  relics of the Tobacco growing days, you find them dotted al over the valley.
This s a view from the back, where I think lots of dining is done in connection with the onsite cooking school.

There is a lovely ambience in the tasting room through the cellar door.

Vines all trimmed ready for the next season of growth.

The view over the bridge.
Cloud rolling in over the ranges.

Some of the plantings to the side of the property.
A very friendly Lab, looking for a pat and a sunny spot.
The King Valley was a beautiful place to visit....
