When I was in Bangkok, I attended a cooking school named Baipai...
|It is a beautiful place, very relaxed and well set out.|
|There were about 11 in my group.|
We were all picked up from our hotels and taken on a guided
tour of a huge food market.
|Then we were taken to the school,|
where we had a drink, and got organised for our cooking class.
|Everything was well organised, with lots of helpful staff.|
|The first dish we made was Chicken in Pandanus Leaves.|
|Our Chef/Teacher demonstrated the methods involved, |
then we all got 'hands on'.
|It was a fun morning, meeting lots of different people,|
and working with unfamiliar ingredients.
