Squeeze the juice from a Pomegranite...you might need to put the seeds in a sieve.
Add the juice to some cream and whip it to form soft peaks.
Serve with Dried Cranberries that have been soaked in Spicy Berry Syrup,
and drizzle over some warmed Chocolate Ganache.
Top with flaked Almonds.
