Soup For Soupees...

On the weekend I met some local people who are interested in Permaculture and have a community garden in the village.
They grow beautiful vegetables and donate some to a local charity called Soupees, which provides free soup and a place to chat on a Friday evening.
The other night I was given some of their produce... and of course made soup.
There was white button squash, capsicum, long peppers, a couple of purple beans, lovely heirloom tomatoes
and potatoes.(which actually came from the supermarket.
I cooked them all up with Indian curry paste, red lentils and some coriander that I had on hand.

Delicious, and it's been just the weather for it too.
