Chick Pea Aioli...

With Garlic, Parsley, Lemon and Olive Oil.

Over Broad Beans and Sautéed Cauliflower. And a bit of leftover Steak on the side.



Simple and delicious, although the Broad Bean shelling is a labour of love...
don't get me wrong, it was worth it.
