Broad Beans...

Broad Beans fresh from from the church garden.

Simmered, skinned and combined with,
Garlic, Capers, Anchovy, Black Olive, Tomato, Sour cream, Salt and Pepper.
 Served on top of toasted Sour Dough.
Garnished with Parmigiano....
Some things taste better than they look, and this is one...
they were absolutely delicious.
