Pastry Wrapped Pears....

With Carrot, Peas and Cauliflower Cheese.

Core and peel Pears,
stuff the cavity with Blue Cheese and Bacon.
Wrap with thin strips of puff pastry.
Glaze with Egg Wash.
Then bake at a high temperature. 
Bake with oil drizzled Fennel and Bacon and the above mentioned Cauliflower Cheese.
For maximum impact, serve with some sort of chutney.
