| Yesterday I took lots of photos in this beautiful garden, as preparation for shooting a wedding there today. It should be great and it's supposed to be sunny. Looking forward to an exciting day. |

Pastry Wrapped Pears....

| With Carrot, Peas and Cauliflower Cheese. |

| Core and peel Pears, stuff the cavity with Blue Cheese and Bacon. Wrap with thin strips of puff pastry. Glaze with Egg Wash. Then bake at a high temperature. |

| Bake with oil drizzled Fennel and Bacon and the above mentioned Cauliflower Cheese. For maximum impact, serve with some sort of chutney. |
Marinated Artichoke Hearts...

| Chop off the top, and the base and peel back all the outer leaves. |
 |
| Scoop out the hairy "choke". |
 |
| There's a lot of mess. |
 |
| Simmer the hearts in water with Lemon, for about 10 minutes, then marinate in Olive oil Balsamic vinegar with a bit of Garlic, Lemon Thyme, Capers Kalamata Olives and Salt and Pepper |
