New Shoes...

What I ended up buying at the fashion parade.

Charity Fashion Parade...

This afternoon I took some pics at a local charity event run by the Uniting Church Opp Shop.
The models were all locals and the funds raised are going to support a school in East Timor, and the Belgrave CFA.

There were interesting fabric Collages decorating the walls.

Just for a bit of fun.

Another Paper House...

Make a pattern and cut it out. Leave little tabs on the sides where you have to glue.
Then use the pattern to cut out the house from some heavy paper.
Paste paper squares over the back of the windows, and pin prick them (to diffuse the light).
Then stick it all together.

I used the LED tea lights, which look really sweet glowing in a dark corner...

Painting On China...

This afternoon I've had a lot of fun drawing on some china with a special craft paint.
I'm pleased with the results.

High Tea Inspiration...

Piling up plates,  candle holders and tea cups... you do need a bit of glue.

All the inspiration for a crazy 'High Tea'... even using an Led Tea Light under a glass.

Oranges and Lemons...

A tea light in an Orange,
 and
 Chocolate Dipped Dried Orange Slices

Clever Marj thought up the idea...

They are all easy to make (if you've got access to a dehydrator)
and they taste delicious.

Apple Candles...

Just cut a little cup in the top of the apple,add some cloves, cinnamon or whatever you like.
Then pop in the tea light and you've got a beautiful decoration.

I've started making a book, and today I've been working on the title pages....
And everything is in a mess.
