| Core and peel Pears, stuff the cavity with Blue Cheese and Bacon. Wrap with thin strips of puff pastry. Glaze with Egg Wash. Then bake at a high temperature. |

| Bake with oil drizzled Fennel and Bacon and the above mentioned Cauliflower Cheese. For maximum impact, serve with some sort of chutney. |
These look amaizing. Wish we lived closer and I'd be over in a flash. Looks like is was dinner for two. Hope the company was good too.
