Start by frying off the onion and garlic. |
Add diced beef, osso bucco, and rosemary. |
Brown the meat a bit then add the carrots. |
I like to add a bit of lemon. |
And tomatoes, and small onions, and red wine if you've got it. And cook gently for ages. Adjust the seasonings as you go. |
Peeling potatoes, ( You do have to go to the bother...it's a sign of love) everyone loves mashed potato, it's a simple pleasure. |
