Paris Opera...

I was talking with friends about our trips to Paris,
 and It made me think of digging out some photos of the Paris Opera.

What's For Dinner...

Pan fried chicken breast, with sautéed mushroom capsicum and zucchini
 and ricotta and chili jam sauce.
With salad.

(The ricotta and chili is a great simple sauce.)

On the way up to Sydney we turned off at Merton and drove over the Strathbogie Ranges in the early light.
It was just beautiful.

Lunch At The Elephant Boy Cafe...

This last week I was on holidays and went to Sydney to visit my sister and family.
On Tuesday we went to Bowral, and Iain bought us lunch at the Elephant Boy Cafe.
It was so quaint, and there were Elephants hiding all over the place.

The Long Track Pantry, Jugiong...

On the way home from Sydney yesterday, Marj and I stopped for lunch at Jugiong.
The cafe there was just georgeous, we had coffee and Smoked Salmon Dip on toasted Focaccia.

The Building next door the "Sir George"...looked intriguing as well.
