Momo....Nepalese Dumplings


500grams minced meat ( chicken/ pork/ lamb)
I bunch Corriander finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
1/2 inch fresh Ginger finely chopped
1 red onion finely chopped
Spice....tomeric, corriander,pepper,...
1cup shredded cabbage.
I pack wonton wrappers


Combine all ingredients except wrappers, 
then wrap a teaspoon full of filling onto a wet wonton wrapper.
Pinch the edges so they are completely sealed.

Steam for 20 min.....or simmer in boiling water until they float to the top.

Sears with chilli sauce.
