Driving through country New South Wales

The fields of Canolla are stunningly vivid. It's like the reverse of the lavender fields in Provence.

The clouds add their own drama.

This was a panorama shot, doesn't really do the field justice, but the sky looks fabulous.

It's been a lovely time in rural Wagga.

Momo....Nepalese Dumplings

500grams minced meat ( chicken/ pork/ lamb)

I bunch Corriander finely chopped

2 cloves Garlic finely chopped

1/2 inch fresh Ginger finely chopped

1 red onion finely chopped

Spice....tomeric, corriander,pepper,...

1cup shredded cabbage.

I pack wonton wrappers

Combine all ingredients except wrappers, 

then wrap a teaspoon full of filling onto a wet wonton wrapper.

Pinch the edges so they are completely sealed.

Steam for 20 min.....or simmer in boiling water until they float to the top.

Sears with chilli sauce.
