Trevally And Chilli Salsa...

With a little inspiration from Jamie Oliver,
 the fish is marinated with Rosemary and Lemon Zest.
The Sallsa is Black Olive, Basil, Parsley, Cellery Heart, Tomato ,
 Cucumber and lemon juice, dressed with Vinagaret.
Served with Lemony Mash and Rocket...Yum.
