Wontons For Dinner...



Shoulder Pork, Spring Onion, Coriander, Shiitake Mushroom,
Black Fungus and Wonton Wrappers.


Mince the Pork, and mince the other ingredients, then mix.
Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the centre of a Wonton wrapper,
(wet the edges)  bring up the sides and press to seal.
Steam for 20 minutes and serve with Soy Sauce.

Would be great with a bit of Chilli.
