Salad days...
Red cabbage carrot and sweet peas...
With mayo...
Means Red Coleslaw, I might add a bit of apple and Walnuts too.
Sweet Potato, Chick Peas, Red Capsicum, Onion and Baby Spinach.
With a Chilli Hummus and Balsamic dressing.
Brown Rice with Tomato, Corn, Cellery and Dill Pickle
With oil and vinegar.
That's the salads sorted for the next few days.
