On My Way Home...

I stopped at a very quiet and beautiful spot on the top of the mountain today and came upon these lovely creatures.

On My Way To Work...

I stopped to take a couple of pics.

What's For Dinner...

Potatoes with Turmeric, Garam Marsala and Black Sesame Seeds...

Heat the spices in a pan, then add Oil and Garlic, fry off for a minute then add cooked Potatoes, and stir through.
Might need some Salt and Pepper.

Giant Mushrooms, with Garlic and Corriander.

Heat some Oil and gently fry the Garlic and Mushrooms, add Cream and Corriander.

Lamb and Beef Meatballs, in a hot Tomato based sauce.
Served with Rice...all very nice.

Lunch...

Egg on toast, with grilled Tomato and Creamy Oyster Mushrooms with Garlic and Parsley.

Yum...

Good bye....

Celebrating the start and finish of life,
 the circle ...
 how things go around....
So we ate  things like Bagels and Eggs...

It's all  about the  time... and timing....

It's about  traditions...

It's about letting go, and the  connection to greater things...

It's about doing it together...

It's about the simplicity and complication of "good bye"...

Pre Dinner ...

Sitting in my new favourite corner, with a pre dinner snack.
Soft Blue Cheese, Minni Stuffed Peppers, Semi Sun dried Tomatoes and Marinated Baby Octopus.
