| Squeeze the juice from a Pomegranite...you might need to put the seeds in a sieve. Add the juice to some cream and whip it to form soft peaks. Serve with Dried Cranberries that have been soaked in Spicy Berry Syrup, and drizzle over some warmed Chocolate Ganache. Top with flaked Almonds. Delicious. |

| Make a pattern and cut it out. Leave little tabs on the sides where you have to glue. Then use the pattern to cut out the house from some heavy paper. Paste paper squares over the back of the windows, and pin prick them (to diffuse the light). Then stick it all together. |

| A pot of Daffodills and a pot of Hyacthins. Just sitting in a basket that I lined with plastic, and then wedged screwed up newspaper around them, to keep them stable, finished with a layer of Sphagnum Moss. |
