Lenny Kravitz - Aint no sunshine when she´s Gone

Makes me feel so much

Can't help having a tear
when I listen to this....
it's too close to the bone.... but also too beautiful,
I'm sad but I'm happy, thats how life is.

Nardia

These are a few pics I've taken of Nardia recently.
She's quite good company...
except for when she wants to be on the computer.

Back to Earthly Pleasures today

I went out for coffee with Marj and Marg,
we sat inside today and I took some more shots.
this is my first self timed photo, not quite the focus I want but ok

Mug of flat white extra hot

Then Marj came home with me to have some risotto,
I did get to share it after all, nice.

I wish you had come for dinner

Tonight I made creamy risotto, with chicken, pumpkin, and two kinds of mushroom

the basics

Afganistani Pita Bread.

Your meal is served.

It was absolutely delicious, unfortunately it's only the cat and I who are home tonight....so I do wish you'd come to share a meal.

An evening at Margs'

Over the long weekend
 Marg invited a few people
over for a bar-b-q, on the deck.
We haven't had much of a
 summer so we've not spent
 much time out there.

(yes Alex, all amateur photographers take photos of their shoes)
The weather was beautiful,
 and so was the food.
We even had a visit from some hungry Kookaburras.
I took the opportunity to take more pictures,
some of them without the auto setting.
