Brunch

Today we enjoyed a fabulous Brunch of Bacon and Eggs, with Mushroom and Tomato.
Avocado on Sourdough and Blackened Corn.
Delicious...

Marthas' Beautiful Figs....

A couple of weeks ago a friend gave us some beautiful Figs.
 I cut almost to the base, through the middle(into quarters).
Then wrapped the base and sides with Prosciutto and stuffed the middle with soft Blue Cheese.
They were baked in a moderate oven for around 15-20 minutes ...
till the Prosciutto is crunchy.
 Then we enjoyed them with a glass of Rose
Ready for the oven.

They were really delicious...
