Something To do With Chicken Breast...

Finely chop and combine 1tablespoon of Basil, 3 quarters of Preserved Lemon,
 1 clove of Garlic and about a tablespoon of Persian Feta together.

Split 2 Chicken Breasts and spread the mixture in the middle
then fold the top back over.

In a Mortar and Pestle pound 1 teaspoon of dried Oregano,
2 teaspoons of Paprika, 2teaspoons of Sumac
a quarter of a teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
and 2dried chillies.

Rub this mixture over the Chicken.

Pan fry fairly slowly..
cover for some of the time so it doesn't dry out
and rest for 10 min when done.

I enjoyed mine on a bed of simple salad.
