Poached Pears...

They look and taste beautiful.

Core and peel the Pears.

Gently poach them with the zest of an Orange, the zest of a Lime,
The juice of 3 oranges and a good dessertspoon of Sugar

I served mine with a drizzle of the syrup, some Flaked Almonds,
Cream and chopped Dried Cranberries.

Good hot or cold.
